Arcade is a computer program for the simulation and animation of physical structures. It is based on computation methods from computer games.

Arcade is freely available for download, all I ask in return is that you let me know how you use Arcade. This will help me get support to continue developing the program.

  • Download: Download the Arcade program, including examples and tutorials.
  • Materials: View example teaching materials based on the Arcade program, including technical notes, lecture presentations, homework problems, and lab exercises.
  • Publications: Read technical publications about the Arcade program and its application.
  • Contact: Let me know about how you use the program, and if you are having any problems.

2007 Premier Award Winner

Arcade won the 2007 Premier Award. This annual award recognizes "high-quality, non-commercial courseware designed to enhance engineering education." The award was established in 1997 by the Synthesis Engineering Education Coalition and the National Engineering Education Digital-Library System (NEEDS), along with founding sponsor John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
