What factors prevent mothers from responding to text messages?

This data comes from a survey sent via text message to mothers in Guatemala. Each mother received a series of messages asking her if her child received important nutrition services. The heat map presented below shows a number of important factors that might impede a mothers response to text messages. Darker shades of blue represent a higher response rate, meaning that the mother responded to more of the text messages she received.
