Greenhouse Gas Emission Intensities from the Meat Industry

This dataset was gathered from the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United
Nation's website. It contains the emission intensities measured in kilograms CO2 equivalence
per kilogram of product (kg CO2eq/kg product) of different meat products.

On load, the visualization will show emissions from the 1960s and sorted by the intensities of
greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions of Buffalo meat. The size of each bubble represents the
kg CO2eq/kg product of each meat type.
